The WarFront Modular Gaming System

Welcome to WarFront, a 3D-printable modular terrain system designed for 15mm World War II tabletop battles. Warfront lets anyone create a full immersive battlefield with ease, blending modern 3D printing with classic terrain-building techniques.

WarFront is designed to cover a wide range of terrain features, from rural landscapes of dirt roads and farmlands to dense urban towns, giving you the flexibility to create many different combat scenarios.

By choosing which pieces to print and how many of each you can grow your collection over time, from small skirmishes to large campaign battles

Engineered for the Battlefield

Most WarFront models are designed as single-print components, ready for painting straight from the printer. This approach keeps preparation simple and gets your models onto the battlefield quickly.

Some models are designed to be printed as multi part assemblies and are engineered for push fit or glued assembly. This allows some of the more complex WarFront models to be articulated such as modular dirt road sections which can twist and bend, allowing you to create natural, flowing road networks that adapt to complex battlefield layouts.

All print plates are designed for a 180mm build volume, making WarFront fully compatible with smaller printers such as the Bambu Lab A1 mini.

Locating your Forces

WarFront will offer a wide range of terrain, buildings, roads and other assets and the purpose of this site is to make it easy to browse and locate the models you need to build your battlefield.

There are two main ways to find models at WarFront:

  • Browse by Category – All models are organised by type. Use the drop down menu at the top of the page to explore WarFront by category.
  • Full Model Catalogue – Visit the Model Catalogue page for a complete list of every model in the WarFront system.

All models are available exclusively and for free on MakerWorld so once you’ve selected a model, click through to MakerWorld to download and start printing.

An Evolving War

WarFront is currently in early access — the first step in building a modular wargaming system designed to evolve over time. As development progresses, new models and categories will expand the system, transforming WarFront into a rich battlefield of tactical possibilities.

The WarFront Product Roadmap, which you can view here, outlines our planned direction for future releases. While it reflects our current vision, it is not fixed.
